This product is for when you are upgrading your harness as a current customer only (usually due to a vehicle change). You must speak to us before sending in your harness. Please purchase using the link on this page, then return your current harness to us at this address:- Remote starts limited, c/o Will Drake, Ashton Fields, Ashton Nr Callington, PL17 8AG. England. This harness must be in full working order… If it is damaged on any way we cannot proceed with the exchange. Please note that if any import charges are charged, we will initially ask you to pay these but if its not possible, we will pay them and pass these onto the customer prior to sending out the new harness, for this reason we advise you to fill out the customs paperwork correctly – please reach out prior to sending if you would like some advice. Please also note that even though we are sending a replacement harness and we will complete the customs paperwork correctly, if charges are due when we send the harness back to you, they are the customers responsibility.
IMPORTANT:- When sending the harness to us, please enclose the order no of this purchase along with your name and email address. Please ensure you obtain a tracking number when sending this to us and track it to delivery at our address. Once you have tracked it and seen it has been delivered to us, please reach out advising it has been delivered. Thanks.
