This product is a renewal annual access for the GSM phone app available for world wide users (but not for North American users). When you purchase the original phone app (physical product) this includes the first years free annual subscription. From year two onwards you will require to renew the subscription by using this product. Once purchased, we will send you a renewal access code via email within 24hrs but usually much sooner.
To activate the code, please follow this link:- mysmartstart.com/account/login and login to your dashboard using your login name and password. Under the large map you will see a heading named “Your devices” and under that you will see your device listed with the “Renew option” available. Click on that, enter the code and follow the instructions online. This will then give you another 12 months access to the system. PLEASE NOTE:- As soon as the order is placed we have to pay a third party for the subscription / use of the phone networks which is non refundable. Due to this, we do not offer any returns on this product whatsoever as it is a digital licence agreement.
