Points to Note:-

1. Pls ensure the package is fully insured as we can only refund once the package has been returned to us in full working order. If the package is lost or damaged we are unable to refund and you would need to claim on your insurance for a refund.
2. Pls ensure you complete the customs documentation correctly (if required) this will ensure no import tax is charged when returned to us as it is a customer return. If import tax is charged, this needs to be paid by the customer before the package is delivered / refund given. We do not pay import tax charges on behalf of the customer under any circumstances.
3. There is a maximum of 30 days from the day of delivery to ship it back to us and a maximum of *40 days from the date of delivery for it to be returned to us at our premises. If it is not returned in this period no refund will be given and the equipment will only be returned to sender on receipt of new payment for postage only. *In exceptional circumstances the 40 days may be extended if any delay is 100% the fault of the courier, a reputable courier is used and the service paid for meets the return period deadlines.
4. To ensure speedy processing, Please track the package and inform us at info@remotestarts.co.uk once it has been delivered.  As we have so few returns we don’t have an automatic system in place to track them.
5. Your refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the confirmation email. 

We highly reccomend you use a reputable shipper such as UPS or DHL and ensure the paperwork is completed correctly to effect a fast and easy return. Thank you.
