Lifetime Warranty
Our lifetime warranty is just that! We provide you with a lifetime warranty on your remote start system which includes your remote start module and wiring harness. (Please note the lifetime warranty does not include any additional accessories available to be purchased with the remote start system (eg remote controls / apps).
The warranty is non transferable between owners / is valid for the original purchaser only and is linked to the embedded serial number of your remote start system at purchase. The warranty covers ONE remote start system only so if you purchase multiple remote start systems and a single warranty you have to inform us within 30 days of purchase which remote start system the warranty is for.
We will repair or replace any faulty part of your remote start system for the lifetime of your ownership should any fault occur throughout normal use of the product. This also includes any labour / support required as part of any warranty claim.
The warranty does not cover misuse or abuse of the product. This includes failure due to incorrect installation, maintenance, cleaning, modifications etc including tampering / alteration / removal of product seals. Damage (accidental or on purpose) is not covered by the lifetime warranty. The warranty does not include shipping costs which are to be paid for by the customer.
Any claim will be assessed on a case by case basis.
