SHIPPING / POSTAGE
For any orders that come in before 5pm GMT we (99% of the time) ship the system the next day. This ensures you receive the system in the fastest possible time (In the UK this is usually next day, Europe within 2 days and North America within 3-4 days. Please note that once we hand the system over to the courier, despite paying for an expedited delivery service (we currently use UPS / DHL / Royal Mail), we have no control of what happens to the parcel at that point as its in the hands of the courier company. Please bear this in mind, especially during busy periods. We ship from England and on request can sometimes ship from within the EU.
